Orders are shipped within the Continental United States. For
Hawaii and Alaska please call customer service at 1-866-342-9273 for
an estimate of shipping cost. All shipments require a physical address (we cannot ship
to a P.O. box) and a telephone number as the carrier may call with questions regarding directions or special instructions for delivery.
Small items or items that qualify for free shipping are shipped via FedEx Ground
Truck Services. Standard transit time is from 5 - 10 business days. In
most cases packages will be left at your front door if you are not
home. FedEx 3 day and Overnight delivery services are available at
an additional cost.
If the order is heavy or oversized it will be
shipped through a motor freight company. Using a motor freight company standard transit time is from
7 - 14 business days. The motor freight company will call you to make
an appointment for delivery.
- Missing parts or incorrect shipment
If your order arrives with missing parts or it is the incorrect order please call
us at 1-866-342-9273 you may also email us at Customer
Service and we will send you the correct item. You must have your invoice ready when placing the call for returned or incorrect items.
- Damaged shipments
- For shipments delivered by common carrier: It is
the customer's responsibility to inspect the goods and note
any damage found on the carrier's "Bill of Lading" before taking ownership of said product . If you
have a shipment with several pieces and cannot open every
carton while the driver waits we recommend you write "subject
to inspection" when you sign the delivery receipt. This indicates
that you will promptly open and inspect the packages immediately after
the driver has departed, and provides recourse in the case of
hidden damage. If you do not note damages on the Bill of Lading
you will be responsible for filing the claim for the damage
with the freight carrier. We will assist you in settling claims
with the carrier, but are not responsible for damage in transit.
- For shipments delivered by FedEx or DHL: If your
shipment was delivered by FedEx and left at your front door
without signature you have 15 days to report any damage. Replacement
product will be sent to you at no additional cost. If the
15 day timeframe has expired you will be responsible for purchasing
replacement parts. All damaged product must be saved until
we have notified you otherwise.
- Return policy
Your complete satisfaction is our number one priority. We offer
a 15 day money back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your
purchase, you may return or exchange the item within 15 days of
receipt. All items must be returned in their original packaging.
Once we receive the merchandise we will credit you in full less
shipping and handling charges. However, under the "free shipping"
program, you are responsible for the return shipping charge under
our standard shipping charge rate unless items shipped were incorrect
or defective, in which case you will get a full refund. Breakage
to the product during transit is not considered defective and
will be replaced with good parts right away without additional

- Packaging your return
Once you have received your return authorization number you will
need to prepare your item for pick-up. Pack the item to be returned
securely in the original carton. Inside the box, please include
your contact information, order number, and the reason for the
return. On the outside of the box, write the return authorization
number given to you by one of our customer service associates.

Our 3-year limited liability warranty covers all manufacturer defective workmanship and material quality. We will replace any products purchased from PatioWholesale.Com if found to be defective within three years from the date of purchase.
Warranty does not cover damage from, or due to mildew, normal wear and tear, acts of nature. Improper or misuse of patio furniture or patio and garden accessories, chipping or fading to the powder coated finish due to improper cleaning, storage or prolonged exposure to inclement weather will not be covered.
Coverage is for private residential use only and does not apply to commercial or industrial use. No exceptions. Coverage is further limited to purchases made directly from the Internet only.
